Happy Chakras’ events create a safe space where you can fully reconnect with yourself.

My yoga and wellbeing workshops and weekends, are designed to nourish the mind, body and spirit.

I also offer sessions to community groups including those that cater for those requiring chair-based movements and guided relaxation.

My corporate away days and wellbeing sessions offer a unique opportunity to have fun bring a sense of and calm to your work environment, helping to promote productivity and harmony among colleagues.

For those seeking something truly special, my bespoke yoga and wellbeing gatherings, including birthday and pre-wedding celebrations, offer a chance to indulge in an atmosphere of joy and peace surrounded by your friends and family.

Each event is crafted with love and care, offering a unique and tailored experience that meets your individual needs.

Do you have aches, pains, tension in the back and/or neck? Have you been diagnosed with non-specific back pain (often referred to as muscular)? Do you have stiffness in the hips? Sciatica?

There is no charge for this but please bear in mind I give my time. knowledge and skills for free and in return would like commitment from you. Please make sure you are willing to attend for the 6 weeks (a week off due to a holiday/illness is fine).

This LADIES ONLY class is slow paced and combines MINDFUL YOGA movements, BREATHING TECHNIQUES, MEDITATION, and sometimes PAUSE FOR REFLECTIVE JOURNALING.
