Yoga & Walking Weekend

Yin Yoga Monthly : March 17th 2025

Slow movements that are held at a depth where you can comfortably stretch for several minutes. 

Improves range of movement, hydrates tissues and aids mobility – great for all ages and especially those over 40.
Yin also guides you to a restful, balanced state of body and mind.

Tuesday Yoga Feb - March

Slow paced class with limited places to offer a more intimate, comfortable space for those who prefer a small class. Includes gentle, yet powerful yoga movements, breathing and meditation techniques and guided relaxation. 

Please note this a LADIES ONLY class.
