WHERE: The event is at Forest How, which is situated at the foot of Muncaster Fell in the Eskdale valley. The area is a beautiful, peaceful area of the Lake District, surrounded by fells and mountains. It’s also a short drive away to the sandy beaches of Drigg and Seascale.
The event starts around 5pm-6pm on Fri and close 1pm Sunday. (Check-in from 2pm).
Aimed at those who seek a peaceful place in nature to let go of the fast-pace of daily life, and simply connect with themselves in a supportive, safe space.
Places are intentionally limited to provide a more comfortable space for those who prefer being in a smaller group.
Collaboration between Happy Chakras and Moors to Mountains. Nature Connection is designed to promote healthy lifestyle and mental wellbeing exclusively for guests of Forest How Guest House at Eskdale in the Lake District.
Michelle from Happy Chakras will guide you through a selection of nature-based yoga and meditation activities over the course of the weekend. While Colin from Moors to Mountains will lead participants on a moderately difficult guided walk up to Burnmoor Stone Circles. This is a beautiful and remote spot on the moor above Eskdale with views to Scafell and other surrounding mountain.
