Happy Chakras’ events create space where you can fully reconnect with yourself.

Step on to a path of self-exploration and transformation, with my yoga and wellbeing workshops and weekends, designed to nourish the mind, body and spirit.

I also offer sessions to community groups including those that cater for those requiring chair-based movements and guided relaxation.

My corporate away days and wellbeing sessions offer a unique opportunity to have fun bring a sense of and calm to your work environment, helping to promote productivity and harmony among colleagues.

For those seeking something truly special, my bespoke yoga and wellbeing gatherings, including birthday and pre-wedding celebrations, offer a chance to indulge in an atmosphere of joy and peace surrounded by your friends and family.

Each event is crafted with love and care, offering a unique and tailored experience that meets your individual needs.

Yoga & Walking Weekend

A weekend offering of yoga, meditation and walking. This event is in collaboration with Mountain Leader, Colin Liptrot of Moors to Mountains. Website: https://www.moorstomountains.co.uk/

This event is now FULLY BOOKED but there is a reserve list.

Slow movements that are held at a depth where you can comfortably stretch for several minutes. 

Improves range of movement, hydrates tissues and aids mobility – great for all ages and especially those over 40.
Yin also guides you to a restful, balanced state of body and mind.

Summer Yoga & Wellbeing Weekend

 Friday 20th – Sun 22nd June

Event is £80 per person which includes all Yoga & Wellbeing sessions throughout the weekend.

WHERE: The event is at Forest How, which is situated at the foot of Muncaster Fell in the Eskdale valley. The area is a beautiful, peaceful area of the Lake District, surrounded by fells and mountains. It’s also a short drive away to the sandy beaches of Drigg and Seascale.

The event starts around 5pm-6pm on Fri and close 1pm Sunday. (Check-in from 2pm).

Aimed at those who seek a peaceful place in nature to let go of the fast-pace of daily life, and simply connect with themselves in a supportive, safe space.

Places are intentionally limited to provide a more comfortable space for those who prefer being in a smaller group.

Price for event is £80 per person on booking.

ACCOMMODATION at additional, discounted price. Payment to Forest How, 6 weeks prior to event.

2-NIGHT STAY including ALL MEALS Vegetarian, vegan, GF catered for.

2 PEOPLE Twin/double ensuite £200 (yes, only £100 per person )

2 PEOPLE Twin/double/with shared bathroom £180 (£90 per person )

SINGLE OCCUPANCY on any room is £130

FREE TIME to do as you please …rest, read, … Forest How is located at the foothills of Muncaster Fell and a public footpath runs by. Great location if you fancy a run or hike, or maybe a stroll to the village.

Dogs are not allowed in sessions. However, Forest How welcomes your dog/s.

Partners not taking part in the sessions are also welcome.

This class is slow paced and combines MINDFUL YOGA movements, BREATHING TECHNIQUES, MEDITATION, REFLECTION and JOURNALING.
